Dr. Dominique Pritchett, PsyD, LCSW

Hey there! Are you struggling with giving up on things even before you start or believe you don't deserve happiness? Do you struggle with being your authentic self as a Black woman or girl? Are you looking for tools to help you with shifting to a more balanced lifestyle or level-up our confidence? Are you interested in exploring whether a short-term, solution-focused approach to treatment is right for you? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you are in the right place!

I'm Dr. Dominique - licensed therapist, speaker and wellness consultant. With over 12 years of experience, I have provided behavioral and mental health services to children, adolescents and adults in many settings. I am committed to nurturing the lives of Black womxn and girls by inspiring them to claim the spaces they deserve and make their mental wellness a priority.

My approach is holistic, eclectic and culturally sensitive to each unique person. You are the center of your journey. I will rely on your strengths and expertise (lived experiences) to develop a plan to get from point A to point B towards your goals.  There is no pressure to have a right answer or be "normal." My goal is to honor your story without judgement. During sessions, I use real, relevant and relatable interventions to get results, but no promises made!

I have the education, degrees, and licenses to help treat mental health challenges. I am a doctor of psychology and independently licensed clinical social worker (therapist) in Wisconsin. I received my doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Capella University, master's degree from Loyola University of Chicago in clinical social work, bachelor's degree from Carthage College in social work, and alcohol and drug certification from Gateway Technical College.
