NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
Hey there! Are you struggling with the effects of self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors such as fear of putting you first, giving up on things even before you start or believing that you don't serve happiness? Are you having a difficult time with healthy communication skills? Do you get lost in daydreaming out of fear of accomplishing your life goals? Are you an adult womxn or teen girl with a stressful relationship with your mother and unsure how to work through this? Are you looking for tools to help you with healing and re-establishing a balance?
With my welcoming spirit and down-to-earth vibe, I invite clients to shift from a mindset of needing to fit in a box and be curious about their experiences. I am committed to nurturing the lives of womxn and girls by inspiring them to claim the space they deserve in this world and make their mental wellness a priority. I will strive to honor your story.
You are the center of your journey. I will rely on your expertise (lived experiences) to develop a plan to get you from point A to point B towards growth and progress on your goals. There is no pressure to have a right answer or be "normal." Normal is strange and strange is normal. During sessions, I use real, relevant and relatable interventions to get results!
Part of my vision is to help ONE MILLION womxn, girls and families to heal their whole selves and disrupt trauma.
I am a doctor of psychology, licensed clinical social worker and clinical substance abuse counselor in the state of Wisconsin. I received my doctorate degree with honors in clinical psychology from Capella University, master's degree from Loyola University of Chicago in clinical social work, bachelor's degree from Carthage College in social work, and alcohol and drug certification from Gateway Technical College.
