What to expect on the consultation call: You will be asked about your reason(s) for calling, demographics (address, phone number, date of birth, etc.), basic background information, and method of payment. If you are using insurance, have your card ready and know your mental health benefits (call you insurance company and ask). You may be asked to call back until you verify your benefits and a copy can be provided. Please note, this is not an agreement or start of services.
